The workers got a ton finished today with the first floor ceiling joists and second floor decking. They had even finished the framing out of the cantilevers on the west side and rear of the house.
A cement truck showed up after I dropped by and it was too dark to take pictures because of daylight saving. The cement was being poured for the porch footings, so that will have to set and cure for a few days before much more progress can be made on that part.
One of the rear windows was open so I poked my camera through to snap a couple of quick pics of what's going on inside.
It's amazing to see how they builders actually constructed some makeshift scaffolding so that they could assemble the decking for the second floor.
Of course, all of that will be gone once they start fortifying the walls and putting drywall in.
Should be interesting to see if the crew is able to get anything done with the bad weather on tap.
